BlackOut Singapore aims to process all orders the moment it reaches us, however, it would only be mailed out on working days (Monday - Friday). Once being mailed out, orders would take about 3-5 working days before getting to your doorstep.

How long does it take before my orders arrive?
I need it urgently, can I do a self-collection?
Why not? We're open 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 12pm - 9pm, you may simply visit us at our main store to do the self-collection. But before so, do keep us informed as orders that has been mailed out wouldn't be retrievable or refundable
I'm not too sure about the sizes. How do I order?
Our sizes are catered from Euro size 35 - Euro size 48 for most designs. Simply click on the desired Euro sizing for orders. If you'd like to be double sure about the sizes, simply leave it in the order comments for us to ensure that you've got the perfect size.
Can I customise my design if I buy it online?
Need a special combination? Certainly! Simply put it down in order comments after selecting the desired design. (e.g. If you'd like a cross design in brown soles with black straps overlapping a white straps, simply select the cross brown soles in either black or white straps, proceed to leave a comment in the order comment, "Cross Brown Soles, Black Straps Overlapping The White Straps".
What material is it made of, would it affect if I have sensitive skin?
Our footwear are made of the top quality rubber along with PVC. It does not contain any harmful agents to the skin, it is also waterproof with no water absorption, besides, it's so durable, we haven't had one that got worn-off.
My kid is about 8 years old, can he fit into any of the design?
Our smallest size is a Euro size 35, its 23CM, we do have kids customers as young as 6 years old, it really depends on the feet size of your little ones. Nevertheless, feel free to visit us to have your size measured.
Oh my! I got the wrong size and the colours doesn't really fit me?
Fret not! Simply bring it down to our main store with the receipt and ensure that the tags are still intact. Maintain its original condition for us to get you a new desired pair.
